Wrist and Ankle Stocks These stocks are constructed of three layers of ¾" cabinet grade seven ply hardwood plywood cut and laminated together with two inch wood screws into an interlocking assembly 2 ¼" thick. They are then stained and given a high quality oil finish. The stocks are 32" long and 10" high. The center of the ankle holes is located 5 inches from the end and are oval 3" by 3¼". The wrist holes centers are each located 4¾" from the center of the stocks and are oval 1½" wide and 3¼" high. The interlocking design makes the assembled stocks extremely rigid and escape proof. The hinge is constructed of a ½" bolt with a lock nut. Aluminum bushings are installed on the hinge bolt to resist wear. The stocks are held in a closed position by a ½" bolt that is fitted into a hole on the opposite end of the stocks from the hinge. An additional hole can be drilled near the locking bolt hole for insertion of a padlock. The entire assembled stocks weigh approximately 15 pounds. |
